Ruth Bader Ginsburg, United States Supreme Court Justice; Sherilynn Ifill, University of Maryland Law School Professor; Elena Kagan, Dean of Harvard Law School; and Gene Pratter, nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit will participate on a panel discussing the successes, continued challenges, and emerging issues faced by women in the legal profession. Discussion topics include whether women read the Constitution differently than men, if there is a women's form of "justice," what the unintended consequences of women's equality are as shaped by the law, and why women have advanced quicker and farther than African Americans. The program will be moderated by ABC News correspondent, Lynn Sherr.
