Downtown Burbank will be swarming with little monsters in costume and oodles of poodles decked to the K-9s on Halloween from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Kids will trick-or-treat from store-to-store while dog-owners show off their festooned companions in the Howl-oween Costume Parade at 6:00 p.m.
Trick-or-treating at Downtown Burbank shops and restaurants begins at 4:00 p.m. and runs through 7:00 p.m. Treaters are urged to bring their own Halloween bag and visit neighborhood stores for free candy. The focus of Halloween activity is on San Fernando Boulevard between Magnolia Boulevard and Angeleno Avenue.
The 5th Annual Downtown Howl-oween Costume Parade will begin at 6:00 p.m. Last year, more than 100 pets with their decked out entourages took part, so owners are asked to please register beginning at 5:00 p.m. on the AMC Walkway at San Fernando Boulevard. All well-behaved pets are welcome. Dogs must wear leashes. Every dog’s a winner!
