Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) has emerged as an indispensable and vital life skill for individuals to thrive in a global knowledge economy. While companies were scrambling to establish an internal KM program at one point, the efforts remain isolated to each individual department. Many KM managers are beginning to see the need for not just departments to be involved in KM but also a concerted effort for each individual to practice KM at a personal level. This is necessary in order to realize the full benefits of KM in their organisation.

This full day program will also be held in Singapore on 18 August 2009, lead by our Master Trainer, Ron Young, will provide the compelling case for personal knowledge working skills and competencies.
