Zaré at Flytrap pioneers Persian pub grub, reinterpreting the modern gastro-pub movement with traditional Persian flavors. Zaré is partnering with Sayre Piotrkowski and Ryan Corbett from The Monk’s Kettle for an interactive evening exploring beer and wine pairings with Persian flavors.

Zaré is re-envisioning Persian cuisine as it would relate to a hypothetical Iranian Gastro-pub, the menu updates typical bar foods and incorporates exotic spices and flavors.

Sayre and Corbett bring their expertise to the beer pairings and Wine Director, Mario Nocifera, has selected wines to accompany the meal. Guests will have the opportunity to not only experience a new modern style of Persian cuisine but to discover how it relates to both beer and wine.
