The 'Permanent Collection' of the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles is comprised of over 550 textiles, including historic and contemporary quilts, contemporary woven textile art forms and wearable art in its permanent collection. Begun in the 1970s with primarily late 19th century and early 20th century pieces from the collections of members of the founding organization, the museum's collection has grown and diversified immeasurably.

I'll be speaking in Dan's place - looking forward to the event.
Basically just going to be hanging out afterwards buying George, Ryan and Denise beer.
Definitely on the beer track.
Thank god for people not being able to attend selling their tickets (I am forever indebted to them!) -- like a bit of an idiot I left buying my ticket until a few hours ago, only to find they'd sold out. Thank god I found someone selling a ticket!

Note that the earlybird price, inclusive of VAT, is £69.32. Still a bargain (booked this morning)!
