Qualifies for 5 International Recertification Credits
PERM labor certification is the foundation of employment-based green cards. But in the Silicon Valley, PERM isn't just an immigration process, it is a widely used compensation and retention tool. Whether your company is in tech, biotech, consulting, engineering, accounting or a related field, expertise in PERM and employment-based green cards is key to attracting and retaining top talent.
HR's familiarity and expertise with PERM can make or break recruitment goals because top foreign engineers and consultants know PERM inside and out. Your familiarity with the rules will reassure foreign professionals, reduce wasted administrative resources and increase the likelihood that your company's PERM cases will be approved consistently.
This seminar is not an overview. It's a nuts and bolts review of the entire process and it will transform you into an expert.
