142 Throckmorton Theatre presents Grammy-nominated vocalist and composer Perla Batalla. Perla has been enchanting audiences throughout the world with her sizzling Latin music in venues like UCLA's Royce Hall, Kennedy Center and The Sydney Opera House. She first gained international attention as a backup singer for Leonard Cohen who later encouraged Perla to embark on a solo career. Since then she has released several albums to critical and popular success.
