This training course aims to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding on Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and its real application in the DoD system. The course will highlight on the critical fundamentals that PBL program managers need to observe to ensure the success of PBL arrangement. Trainer will be sharing with you the strategies and methodologies to build a good business case analysis (BCA) to support PBL initiatives, establishing key performance indicator (KPI) and performance measurement framework (PMF), writing a good PBL contract, negotiating and resolving dispute in PBL.
