Pendleton Library Day June 3, 2008

The fine folks at Simple Café are hosing a “Pendleton Library Day” on Wednesday, June 4th. All you have to do is enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at Simple Café! When you pay for your meal, Simple Café will donate fifteen percent of your bill to the Friends of the Pendleton Library. So, why not treat yourself (or a few friends) to a tasty meal at Simple Café on June 4th? Enjoy chili-crusted salmon with cheddar green chili mashed potatoes and corn salsa. Or maybe an Indiana pork chop wrapped in peppered bacon with rosemary polenta and smoked apple butter sounds good. Perhaps a Reuben sandwich or crab melt is more your speed. Either way, make sure to top it off with Clark’s delicious house-made apple dumpling which was named “Best Nostalgic Treat” by Indianapolis Monthly Magazine. You simply MUST try it!
