Pediatric Surgical Tour March 16, 2010

This tour is intended for children ages 3-9 years old who are scheduled for surgery at Lutheran General Hospital. At least one parent/guardian must also attend. Children see a video, get a tour and get to discuss what they see. This experience should make the child more comfortable with surgical experience. Please register the child that is having surgery, along with his or her date of birth.
