Pedestrian & Bicycle Pathway Plan Open House WorkshopA Pedestrian & Bicycle Pathway Plan is being developed for New Castle County.WILMAPCO, in partnership with DelDOT, New Castle County, DNREC, Delaware Greenways and local governments is developing a plan to create a basic network of multi-use pedestrian and bike paths throughout New Castle County.Open House Workshops are being held in May and June to introduce the public to the New Castle County Pedestrian and Bicycle Pathway Plan. The Plan proposes a network of pathways, separated from automobile traffic.
