Pedagogical Factory: How We Move and How We Make a Pedagogical Sketchbook August 4, 2007

The Hyde Park Art Center presents two workshops, How We Move and How We Make a Pedagogical Sketchbook, in connection with the exhibition Pedagogical Factory, on view through September 23. How We Move explores movement and how it relates to social movement. The Pedagogical Sketchbook, which began as an obsessive compilation of ideas and lessons that stood in stark contrast to the typical offerings most adolescents were exposed to in their school art space, will be presented as a new high school art textbook upon completion. Free and open to the public.
