PETS INVITED TO A WALK TO END HUNGER IN HARRISBURG!
The new Manna Food Pantry, has made a difference in the lives of over 800 low-income individuals (children, adult and seniors) since it opened its doors this past Summer, on July 13. It is a client-choice pantry, which means clients to the
pantry get to choose what they want to eat from the shelves and volunteers help them to bag their food items in “green” re-usable shopping bags. Through a partnership with the Central PA Foodbank, Manna Food Pantry has been able to provide much –needed food
items to help in the struggle to end hunger in the Harrisburg community.
