Paul M. Davis’ music resides in a place where lonesome honky-tonk laments seamlessly segue into revolutionary punk-folk exhortations, and rueful finger-picked blues make way for sardonic old-time rave ups. Influenced equally by artists as diverse as Hank Williams Sr., the Clash, Elvis Costello and Roger Miller, Davis has found a unique voice that embraces the immediacy and directness of his musical forbears.

After performing across the west coast for ten years solo and in his band, Mule Train, Davis has recently relocated to the Chicago area. This will be a special solo acoustic hometown set in which Paul performs songs from his upcoming album Gentleman Caller.
