The Headliner Comedian this week is:
Paul Hooper
Name one comic who can hit the stage like an atom bomb and keep the audience exploding with laughter even after he's gone... That's right, it's Paul Hooper. Known for kicking the feet out from underneath conservative humor and finding the funny side to natural disaster, this young man is on the fast track to stardom. Who else can keep a crowd captivated while he rants about why he finds shark attacks so funny, and he likes Tiger Woods so much?
Paul grew up in Charlotte, NC and has proven his comedic talent from New York all the way to Las Vegas. Loved by crowds and comics nationwide, Paul steamrolls non-stop thru a set and seldom gives the audience time to breathe. Listen to the crowds in the clubs he's played, you'll always hear them ask, "When's Paul Hooper coming back?"
The feature comedian this week is:
John Betz Jr.
John grew up in a small Ohio town. After years and years of school, he grabbed a job working for the Federal Government. It didn’t take long for him to wise up and switch to a much more interesting vocation – teaching high school Mathematics. His comedy comes from describing his fun life stories and experiences. Audiences find it very easy to relate.
