Works by artists Fred Wilson, Odili Donald Odita, Jeff Donaldson, Carrie Mae Weems, and others reveal how African-American artists incorporate design and decoration into their work. The exhibition includes photographs, works on paper, sculpture, and quilts from the Museum's permanent collection.
