Patrick Dougherty: Projects and Sketches April 15, 2010

This exhibition highlights some of the past installation projects by artist Patrick Dougherty of Chapel Hill, NC. For two decades Dougherty has traveled the world, creating hundreds of large scale, site-specific sculptural installations using woven tree saplings. Having recently completed a project at the Community Performance Center in Rock Hill, SC, this exhibition at Gallery Up is intended to connect the community with the enjoyment experienced by other international locales and viewers of these striking, interactive structures.
