Join us August 3rd, 4th and 5th for the second annual Pastry Live Weekend in Atlanta, GA at the Retreat! Masters of the pastry world will share vast expertise and insight, while veteran chefs and rising stars will compete in fierce competitions.

Learn from the industry’s best, including Andy Chlebana, Stephen Durfee, Michael Joy, Jim Mullaney, Michael Laiskonis, Susan Notter and Karen Portaleo, who will reveal years of experience and technique in just one weekend. Don’t miss cakes inspired by fine art in the Art of Cake, delicate desserts in the Signature Plated Dessert competition and high-quality, handcrafted chocolates in the Chocolatier of the Year! Want the chance to be a judge for a day? Come taste these same delicious chocolates in an audience taste test!

Culinary students will also battle it out for the chance to win prizes and recognition for their school in the Student Chocolate Challenge, while America’s top sugar and chocolate artists will push creative boundaries and contend for the title of National Showpiece Champion.
