Howbeit many of us may not retrieve a time when movie theaters/venues were weaponed with an orchestra pit so musicians could perform music to fathom the drama happening on the screen, it is being regenerated by scientist/artist Ana-Isabel Ordonez. Her documentary film teases this aural and visual experience which emerged during the prosperous days of Hollywood's silent films. Ordonez's project shows that music performed live by Contemporary musicians is a perfect fit with the genre of film noir. This documentary offers a deeper look at the dark, parodies, crimes and femme-fatale image. The presentation of Ordonez documentaries is able to show that visual images and Contemporary music can give people goose-bumps when paired. The projects have been presented in festivals in Europe (Gyor, Slovakia, Serbia, Poland), USA (Massachussets, Towson, Connecticut), New York (many downtown venues) and it will be now screened in Siraly, Budapest.
