The Dinner Party series involves a very relaxed atmosphere for those who wish to learn a cuisine, but are zapped from a long week at work or from just being a domestic goddess. These classes are more along the line of learning as a chef prepares your meals for you and you get to observe all of the techniques involved. Participation is not necessary, but if you feel like helping out feel free to join in. Since the chef is preparing your meals, these classes tend to be a little shorter than our other hands on classes. Also, a wine tasting is provided with all meals.
In this class you will learn:
Appetizer: Bisque de moules et fenouil (Mussel and Fennel Soup)
Entree: Boeuf Bourguignon (Stewed Beef in Burgundy Wine)
Dessert: Hazelnut and Gelato Profiteroles with Warm Kahlua Sauce
