The tours are designed to allow the general public to actually get to see the property, the building interior, the death tunnel, and learn about the history of Waverly. On the historical guided tours, as well as the paranormal guided tours - you'll walk through the corridors of the sanatorium where the autopsies were performed and the deceased were place on gurneys and rolled out to the end, where the "death tunnel" began. Main places of interest, such as where the patients ate their meals, done occupational therapy, and spent their bedrest will be seen. As you walk througout the main central hallway you will be able to see where small shower rooms, patient rooms, and nurses stations were located. Everyone loves getting to the rooftop, where the view is awsome, and at the same time...the true account of what happened regarding room 502 will be told. Also, you will have a chance to actually go into the death tunnel.
