Adrian Blackwell (architect, artist, and community activist), Kanishka Goonewardena (Associate Professor, Department of Geography at the University of Toronto and Director of its Centre for South Asian Studies), and Maria Lind (Director of IASPIS , and organizer of the major symposium and publication European Cultural Policies 2015).
