Panel: Contemporary Art in Texas April 16, 2011

Join us for an afternoon of dialogue with leading artists, critics, curators and art historians on the state of contemporary art in Texas. Panelists include artist Margarita Cabrera; Museum of Fine Arts Houston’s curator of contemporary art and special programs, Alison de Lima Greene; artist Trent Doyle Hancock; UT Austin’s Effie Marie Cain Regents Chair in Art, Dr. Richard Shiff; and Los Angeles Times art critic David Pagel. Moderated by TX Biennial curator Virginia Rutledge.
