Pancake Brunch and Maple Sugaring February 20, 2011

Celebrate Tenafly Nature Center's 50th anniversary while enjoying pancakes from a campfire griddle in their campfire ring. First learn how to identify a maple tree. Check the tapped trees and boil down the sap to make fresh warm maple syrup, sweet for all to taste. Coffee and hot cocoa will be served with pancakes. Dress warmly; program will be both in and outdoors.
