Palm Beach Outlet Mall Contractor's Fair August 7, 2012

On August 7, 2012, Building Contractors are invited to join New England Development, Eastern Real Estate, EMJ Construction and the City of West Palm to learn about contracting opportunities for the new Palm Beach Outlets Development project. A similar fair was held on July 9th and more than 400 site-work related contractors were in attendance. This time, Building contractors are invited to come out and learn about bidding opportunities. The Developers recently acquired an 80-acre property located on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard at Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Palm Beach Outlets will include an open-air outlet center and an adjacent shopping center featuring a dynamic mix of national and retail tenants. Palm Beach Outlets is expected to open in 2013.



EMJ Construction is seeking Qualified Building Contractors to Bid on upcoming opportunities with The Palm Beach Outlets. Contractors can drop off Company resumes and Marketing Packages and sit for mini-Interviews. All Contractors are required to complete an EMJ Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Form for consideration.
