Painting May 2, 2010

All levels of experience welcome... from representation to abstraction, 'alla prima' to glazing techniques. Weekly demonstrations will include topics such as composition, observation of light and color, paint handling and tools of the trade, painting as a process, quick studies, visual and atmospheric perspective. Other relevant topics might be included as requested. Instructor will be on hand for personalized help. Individuals are welcome to bring in their own subject matter or reference; still life set-ups will be available, and painting outside is also encouraged.
