Paddle on March 26, 2011

Heller is teaming up with the Northern Suburban Special Recreation Association (NSSRA) to offer a unique canoe program for adults with special needs. We'll learn correct paddling positions, dsafety techniques and how to get the canoe moving in the lagoons. Please wear tennis shoes and appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. A sandwich, chips and drink is included for lunch.
