Oxfam Action Corps - MN's New Volunteer Meeting July 20, 2009

New volunteers are always welcomed at Oxfam Action Corps - Minnesota's monthly meetings, however this meeting will be especially tailored for individuals interested in getting involved for the first time. In this casual meeting over the café's tasty fare, we'll talk about our mission to promote awareness and action on lasting solutions to poverty and injustice and how all of us can make a difference as an Action Corps volunteer. There's something for everyone! In addition, we'll review past and upcoming events, plan future outreach activities, and get an update on relevant legislation.
