Owl City is an American electropop musical project by Adam Young. Young started out making music in 2007 in his basement in his hometown of Owatonna, MN, later developing a following through his MySpace profile before being signed to Universal Republic. 'Fireflies' was the group's first number-one single, reaching the spot in only 10 weeks. Young's latest hit is a duet called 'Good Time,' a collaboration with Carly Rae Jepsen.
