Slow Food DC and Poste Moderne Brasserie join together to host a Pig Roast to announcing their new program the “Slow Food DC Snail of Approval” on Sunday, October 3 from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. that will involve members and nonmembers to identify local establishments that exemplify the Slow Food mission: good, clean, and fair food. Patrons will enjoy samples of roasted animals provided by Eco-Friendly Foods and prepared by chefs chefs Rob Weland, Barry Koslow, and Drew Trautmann for $25 per person.
