Join MMA and other Ottawa arts enthusiasts for a trip to the grande dame of the Canadian museum world - Montreal’s Museum of Fine Arts. The museum has a superb collection of European Art, Canadian Art, Contemporary Art, Decorative Arts, as well as Mediterranean Archaeology.

In the special exhibit, we will have a unique chance to view the oeuvre of the important early Romantic artist Anne-Louis Girodet (1767–1824). It will include approximately 130 works, including monumental paintings that are among the most famous in the Musée du Louvre — to be shown outside that museum for the first time. The exhibit returns to Paris on Jan 21st.
