Are you prepared to defend yourself alone in an encounter? With training you can!

This is a hands-on course to learn self defense concepts quickly and easily. Our instuctor Sensei Derek Marcotte will that all participants learn a range of skills to effectively protect themselves. Some of the things you will learn: developing a “YOU CAN WIN” attitude, defending yourself when you are on the ground, offensive kicking, striking, defensive techniques, and how to defend against various types of grabs and holds.

Please wear comfortable clothes.
