SmallBar Division is excited to welcome Oskar Blues, the Colorado-based craft brewery, to Chicago with a five course beer dinner! The evening will kick off with socializing over a great Oskar Blues beer followed by a meal specially designed by Chef Justin White. Each course will be paired with Oskar Blues beer. This is one of the first opportunities to taste this beer in Chicago, as it is part of the week-long Oskar Blues Chicago launch celebration. In addition, Small Bar Division will have a rare firkin of Old Chub Scotch Ale on cask with oak and vanilla bean. The full menu is listed below.

Dale’s Pale Ale
paired with a smorgasbord amuse of steamed gulf oyster with pepper jelly, shallot mignonette and saltines; braised beef tongue, green tomato salsa and crumbled egg yolk and a watermelon and tomato salad
Mama’s Little Yella Pils
paired with cornmeal crepe and smoked ham hock mille with blueberry jam and lemon dressed arugula
Gubna Imperial I.P.A.
paired with house cheddar hush puppy and gulf shrimp with spicy creamed corn soufflé and shaved botarga
G’Knight Imperial Red
paired with New Orleans boudin blanc over collard greens served with peach and red onion salad
Old Chub Scotch Ale on cask with oak and vanilla bean
paired with summer apple cobbler with cinnamon streusel and buttermilk anglaise
