Oscars 2010: Cleveland Reacts February 2, 2010

Hear and talk about this year’s Academy Award nominations on the day they are announced at “Oscars 2010: Cleveland Reacts,” taking place Tuesday, February 2 from 7-9 pm in the Cleveland Institute of Art’s Aitken Auditorium. Admission is free.

Join Cinematheque Director John Ewing as he moderates a panel of local film experts (see below) who will discuss the nominations. There will also be film clips, comments from the audience, and a chance for attendees to pick the eventual Oscar winners (announced March 7). The person who guesses best wins a great prize package!

Panelists include Eric Swinderman, Executive Director of CINEMA Cleveland, Dave Huffman, Director of Marketing for Cleveland Cinemas; Dr. Kim Neuendorf, Film Studies Professor at Cleveland State University and Clint O’ Connor, Film Critic for The Plain Dealer.
