Organic and Biodynamic Wine Tasting and Class June 26, 2008

As biodynamic and organic wines start to fill wine shelves, the question becomes: what are these wines and how do they differ? GiraMondo invites you to learn about the different growing styles and regulations of biodynamic and organic wines and how these affect the aromas and flavors of the wine you drink. At this tasting you will:

• Taste Old versus New World style


• Learn what makes biodynamic and organic wines different

During the class and tasting, you will also taste a plate of cheeses. After the tasting, you will eat a plate of hot appetizers while finishing the bottles. This event is great fun alone, as a couple or a group.
