Oregon author introduces latest novel, 'The Missing Italian Girl' March 7, 2013

Barbara Corrado Pope will be introducing her latest novel, 'The Missing Italian Girl: A Mystery in Paris' (Pegasus Crime).

The third novel in the critically acclaimed Martin mystery series explores the plight of working class girls and the struggle of middle class women to rise above the constraints of their time in Belle Epoque Paris.

Pope is a historian and founding director of the Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Oregon. She is the author of 'Cezanne's Quarry' and 'The Blood of Lorraine' also featuring Bernard and Claire Martin. She lives in Eugene, Oregon.
