This month’s meeting is an exciting panel discussion with local bankers. We will be joined by representatives from Capital Bank and Wells Fargo, who will talk about how investors can achieve their investment goals with the available products from those institutions.
As part of the discussion, they will be answering what the requirements are for investment loans, their current programs, their opinions on what is working and not working in the local real estate market and how we as investors can best work with local banking relationships.
