"Optimizing the Power of Innovation as a Strategic Initiative: A journey of change for the Haas School of Business and two Fortune 100 companies" with Kim Barnes.
Ms. Barnes will illustrate three strategic interventions at the Haas School of Business and two Fortune 100 companies, a large technology company and a property and casualty insurance organization. Each organization is using the intervention for a different purpose.
She will share the specific behaviors, mindsets, and practices that are leading to success for these organizations as they learn to manage innovation through five key phases. She will outline the specific skill-sets needed by leaders in order to accomplish the tasks that are specific to each phase.
In this session, you will learn:
- Key models for developing and supporting strategic innovation
- Specific skill-sets that leaders need at each phase if the "innovation journey"
