Operation Rising Start: 16 Aug 7pm, Rally Point August 15, 2010

Do you think you have the voice of a superstar, are you the next Britney Spears? Take your talents to Operation Rising Star here at Fort Riley to showcase your superstar vocal skills. August sixteenth and twenty first, seven pm at Rally Point. Participants must be 18 years of age, Soldiers (Active Duty, U.S. Army Reserve, U.S. Army National Guard) or a Family member with a valid ID. Fort Riley winner will receive five hundred dollars and advance to the Army wide finals with the chance to win an all expense paid trip to LA to record a three song CD plus five hundred dollars spending money. There will also be a second & third place monetary prize and a Spirit Award (three hundred dollars) for the best supportive unit or FRG.
