Opera Dinner March 15, 2009

Learn about opera music from top performers, while enjoying a specially created 5-course meal by Blue Executive Chef, Gene Briggs. Several artists from Opera Carolina will perform selections from some of the best operas. Tickets are $65.00 and available through advanced purchase only.

Menu:
Butler served hors d'oeurves and champagne
Soup: Warm Potato Leek with Laughing Bird shrimp and
lemon creme fraiche.
Salad: Chilled Laughing Bird shrimp and Valencia
orange salad.
Choice of entree: Grilled salmon over a Manchego
and black Truffle tortilla with romesco and
sauteed spinach -OR- Roasted NY Strip with
salsa verde over saffron basmati rice and
roasted piquillos
Dessert: Vanilla Bean Flan with mango preserves
