Talespinning is an exhibition of fourteen artists who explore allegories of the fantastical, the uncanny, and the mundane. Influenced by such diverse sources as literature, fairy tales, comics, newspapers, atlases, and hand-made signs, the artists produce works in which reality and fiction collide without resolution.
The selected artists are: Noriko Ambe, Alice Attie, Ambreen Butt, Zoƫ Charlton, Alejandro Diaz, Geoffrey Grogan, Jonathan Herder, Nancy Jackson, Ricardo Lanzarini, Tucker Nichols, Eung Ho Park, Cathy Ward, Jennie White, and Amy Wilson
