Open Studios & First Anniversary Celebration November 12, 2011

Celebrating our 1st Anniversary in the downtown location, where we've transformed a derelict, abandoned liquor store into a visually fun and interesting place to work.

Resident artists with works from textiles to high chroma abstraction, realism and animal portraits, abstract figuratives to collage and works inspired by graffiti/urban art will be exhibiting their work. Meet the artists, help yourself to cider and refreshments, and get an early start on your Christmas shopping.

Exhibiting artists: Arthur Barinque, Steve Calderon, Joanna Crawshaw, Emilee Dunlop, Margo Gonzalez, Julie Hayward, Kathy Hill, Sherri Kelcourse, Leigh Masi, Linda Ryan & Lela Witherspoon.

The Bothwell Arts Center is dedicated to providing inexpensive working spaces for artists, teachers, students and performers to create, learn, teach, and express themselves. The Downtown Art Studios are an extension of that mission.
