Join us Saturday May 7 at noon as we bring our practice into the world by meditating in the beautiful Boston Commons. Please look for us by the fountain!
Please join us in mixing our minds with spring. We will practice sitting and walking meditation, offering instruction to all who would like to join. Learn the elements for a strong meditation practice, such as good sitting posture and how to relate to the breath, while developing awareness of the sacredness of our natural world. Open to newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. Bring your own cushion or a blanket to sit on.
"When human beings have no sense of living with a wide open sky above and a lush green earth below, then it becomes very difficult for them to expand their vision... but within the world we live in, there is room to relax and to appreciate ourselves and our heaven and our earth. We can afford to love ourselves, and we can afford to raise our head and shoulders to see the bright sun shining in the sky."
