Four works by Pedro Lasch spanning an eight year period, have generated engaging ways to link contemporary art to the Latino community located within the Museum's immediate Queens neighborhood. Three of the four projects involve direct exchanges and collaborations with various communities in Queens. Most of the pieces refer directly to the relationship between the U.S. and Mexico, and reflect cross-class and cosmopolitan perspectives.
