This week's feature is our old friend Neil Howard. That's right, it's Neil Howard week over at the Utah. Neil was one of the stars of the utah and the San Francisco music scene before New York city sucked him over to the other side of the country. New York... typical. Anyways, Neil is coming out with a new album in a few months. He's also appearing off-off-Broadway as the lead in the New York production of Eight ways to meet your neighbor.
