The Open Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship program provides participants the concepts, processes, and tools to launch and manage new growth initiatives within a firm. This five-day program combines the knowledge of experts, engaging discussions, interactive exercises, and focused projects. Faculty members will address the strategic importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, corporate venturing, and the creation of new markets.
It can be a daunting task to identify new customer segments and create new markets within established business units and traditional corporate environments. Participants will leave the program knowing how to use open innovation to leverage corporate competencies, grow new and dynamic business ventures inside and outside the corporate setting, and generate successful start-ups in an open innovation setting.
$5850 for the five-day session.
