We’re an established and growing local video production and website design company located in Oakland. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, customer-service oriented individual for our full-time Sales Representative position.

As a provider of premium website, video and multimedia services, you must have the ability to truly understand our clients’ needs through a non-pressure, consultative sales approach—this is NOT an Account Management position nor is there any potential to turn into a creative/design position.

As an outside Sales Representative, you will be working directly with various businesses. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

* Must have experience in generating leads through research, making prospecting calls—visiting businesses, cold calling, and going to meetings to bring in new business. If you do not possess cold calling and prospecting calls skills (visiting businesses) or a desire to learn these skills, please do not attend.

* Ability to professionally communicate via telephone conversations, email, and in-person meetings with prospects.

* Familiarity and competency with computers, Internet surfing, and email are an absolute MUST. Deep knowledge of website design and video production is not required.

* Ability to work alone, and with a team.

* Successful applicants should have 2 to 5 years of previous sales experience demonstrating the sense of urgency, persistence, drive, determination and professionalism—recent college graduates are encouraged to attend.

We offer:

1. Base Salary, $30,000.00 annually + Commission
