Join us at our Open House! This event begins with brief program overviews followed by cooking demonstrations and Q&A sessions:
Culinary and Baking & Pastry guests will be invited into a theater kitchen where a PCI Chef instructor will provide a cooking demo and offer time for Q&A
Hotel & Restaurant Management and Certified Sommelier students will have an opportunity for Q&A with the Department Chairs
