Open Boxing Workout with Wladimir Klitschko November 7, 2006

Come take part in a public workout featuring heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, challenger Calvin Brock, and women’s champ Laila Ali. Trainers will be on hand to offer instruction on how to use the punching bag, speed bag, jump rope, and to spar. Please wear appropriate gym clothing, including sneakers, if you wish to participate.

The fighters will be promoting the upcoming heavyweight championship fight between Klitschko and Brock, which will take place on Saturday, November 11 (10:00 p.m. ET) at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, and will air live on HBO.
