One Fit Mama's main goal is to improve the fitness levels (both physical and mental) of all participants. Classes are 60 minutes long, composed of aerobic work, resistance training, and core (abs and back) strengthening. Babies spend time both in and out of the stroller interacting with the mamas. Classes are designed for both prenatal mamas as well as mamas with babies ages 6 weeks and older.
